Jobseekers who meet the following requirements are eligible to receive the advertised discounted rate:
- Must be a resident of Australia, living in Australia; and
- Currently unemployed or displaced worker due to COVID-19; and
- Newly arrived migrant (under 2 years); or
- Recent graduate looking for work; or
- Qualified part-time worker (under 30hrs per week)

Funded largely through a grant from the Australian Communities Foundation under the ACF National Crisis, Teachers on Wheels is offering this program for $59 per person, instead of the regular cost of $399.
