Our Story

Career Tweaks came into existence because of the global Pandemic. We’ve supported hundreds of job seekers who’ve been impacted by COVID-19. One thing is clear, the recruiting dynamics have changed over the last 10 years. People are able to apply for more jobs at the touch of their fingers, while the recruiters are overwhelmed with 1000’s applicants. It’s a needle in a haystack story. Career Tweaks helps both individuals and companies to get the right people hired into the right role and thrive at the workplace.
