You will be assigned a dedicated career coach who will work with you and be your point of contact throughout your engagement with us. Our career coaches are former hiring managers and leaders of some of the top fortune 500 companies with decades of industry experience. Your coach understands what it takes to convince a hiring manager and what is needed to stand out from the crowd of applicants.

An Optimized Resume

Our experience tells us that every job that you apply for requires a uniquely customized resume to that particular job description. Today, most companies use an Application Tracking System (ATS) that automatically analyses your resume and determines the job relevancy of your experience. If your match rate is too low, the recruiter and hiring manager will never see your resume. Your coach will create a resume that is optimized for the job you intend to apply to. To ensure a high match rate we use some of the same tools that employer use to filter applicant resumes.

A Personalized Cover Letter

A cover letter is an important way to showcase how your unique combination of skills and experience meet the key requirements of the job description. It is your chance to show a clear link between your knowledge, experience and abilities and the needs of the employer. Your coach will write a compelling cover letter for you, using the job requirements and highlighting your matching key strengths.

Message Your Coach Anytime

Built into our platform is a messaging system that will allow you communicate with your coach similar to E-mail, right up to the final delivery of your new Resume and Cover Letter.

Ask For Revisions

Your coach will make your new optimized resume available to download right here in your account section of our website. If you notice that something needs editing, you can ask for revisions. Your coach will then work with you to address any changes. Only after you accept the final delivery, will the order be marked as fulfilled.

This initial 30-minutes conversation will assist us in further personalizing your resume and cover letter with your experience, education and the relevant skills that you have. This is also a great opportunity for you to discuss with your coach what your career goals are and why you are looking to apply for a particular position or with a particular company. The more your coach knows about you, the better he can tailor your resume to you, so you stand out from the pool of other job applicants. You will be able to schedule your call directly in our platform.

Resume to Job Match rate above 80%

Our resume optimization software is backed by intelligence that’ll pick apart your resume and match its contents to the requirements of the job you intend to apply to. Then our (human!) experts will use these analytics to improve your resume and your chances of getting a job interview! We believe any resume and cover letter with a match rate above 80% has a better chance of passing the ATS screening process and being selected by recruiters. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Compliance Report

Most resume writers will tell you, they’ll write an ATS-compliant resume. However, there are different ATS processes and systems that are used by companies. So, for example, Jobvite may require a different terminology than Workday. We establish the type of tracking system used by the employer based on the link to the job description you provide and customize your resume according to it. Our report will show you the skills and keywords we matched against your job description, the match rate percentage we achieved for your resume, and ATS and recruiters’ findings.

Unlike most recruiters or HR personnel, your coach understands what it takes to convince a hiring manager. Your coach will also be a certified practitioners in well-known leadership coaching models that are used by 97% of the global Fortune 500 companies. These techniques have been tried and tested successfully over the last 20 years in growing high-performing teams and leaders. In this 60 minute 1:1 session your coach will prepare you for your interview and teach you how to use the STAR method to tell meaningful stories about your previous work experiences.
